For Patients:
I direct the Preterm Labor Research Laboratory, a basic science group dedicated to finding new treatments to prevent preterm birth and the complications of prematurity.
For Referring Providers:
We conduct translational research on the mechanisms of parturition signaling and myometrial changes in pregnancy. We are also interested in the pathophysiology of preeclampsia related to nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide.
