Donating Blood at Children's Hospital Colorado

Every year at Children's Hospital Colorado, sick and injured infants, kids and teens receive more than 8,000 units of lifesaving blood products. Without blood donations from our caring community, many of the critical procedures we perform in our Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, Heart Institute, Center for Children's Surgery, pediatric intensive care unit and other departments across our hospital would not be possible. Your donation gives these children a better chance for a healthy life.

Blood donation does not cost money and requires little time. It does, however, make a big difference.

Children's Colorado has devoted volunteers who donate blood on a regular basis. Unfortunately, we can still run short during times of crisis or with children that have a very specific need. Help us maintain a steady supply of the wide range of blood products that kids need.

To make an appointment to donate, please call 720-777-5398. Or, find out where we're hosting mobile blood drives in the upcoming weeks.
